Helena, MT – While Tim Sheehy tries to hide his deeply unpopular, anti-choice position, his endorser, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) has made it clear where their endorsed candidates stand: Sheehy supports a national abortion ban.
Today, after Donald Trump said he would make a statement on abortion next week, SBA said, “We have every hope and indication President Trump will argue for a” national abortion ban.
SBA has a national abortion ban “litmus test” for any candidates they endorse – Sheehy is the only Republican Senate candidate in a competitive race to receive an endorsement from SBA this cycle.
Sheehy’s extreme position is no surprise – he has previously called abortion “murder” and he has refused to support federal IVF treatment protections. Sheehy is hellbent on gutting Montanans’ reproductive freedoms.
