Democrats Look to Future as Legislative Session Ends

Helena, MT - Jim Elliott, the Chair of the Montana Democratic Party, today released the following statement in response to the end of the disastrous 62nd legislative session:

    “Across the state, Montanans are relieved that the Republican-led legislature in Helena has ended. The Republican leaders wasted Montana's time and money by pushing an irresponsible, partisan agenda that didn't create jobs. Montanans are already aiming to clean up their mess by electing a different brand of lawmaker in November 2012.”
