Indian Country early vote rallies Wednesday (featuring Denise Juneau)

HELENA -- Join State Superintendent and U.S. House Candidate Denise Juneau and Democratic State Superintendent Candidate Melissa Romano in Missoula at noon on Wednesday (10/12) for an early vote rally and check out the many other rallies happening at the same time around the state in Indian Country.

“Indian Country is going to be the margin of victory for Democrats like Denise Juneau and Steve Bullock in November,” said Amy Croover, Native Vote program director for the Montana Democratic Party. “Indian Country has a lot at stake in this election. It’s important that we get our people out to vote early.” 

In addition to Denise and Melissa, members of 1491s performance group and Kevin KickingWoman, a member of the Blackfeet Nation, will be drumming at the noon rally at the Missoula County Fairgrounds.

Blackfeet Reservation: Glacier Peaks Casino (march to the satellite voting office)

Flathead Reservation: Polson County Courthouse

Rocky Boy Reservation: Morsette Vo-Tech Center, Stone Child College

Fort Belknap Agency: Insurance building

Fort Peck Reservation: Wolf Point courthouse, 400 2nd Ave. S.

Crow Agency: Little Big Horn College student union building

Northern Cheyenne: Capitol Building
