Montana has a total of 25 delegates and 2 alternates to the 2012 DNC National Convention. Montana Democratic Party will use a proportional representation system based on the results of the Montana Presidential Primary results in June of 2012 in selecting the plan.

The 2012 Democratic National Committee Convention will be held in Charlotte, NC and is scheduled to convene on September 3rd. The purpose of this convention is to nominate the Democratic Presidential Candidate for 2012.
